Great customer service! I went in for an oil change and the usual check ups to make sure my car is still in good standing. Paula was very nice and helpful as always. My tires are starting to wear off more and more and even though I didn’t ask, she offered to let me know when the dealership has discounts available on tires so that I could take advantage of the offer when it’s time for me to replace them. I appreciated that so much!
My experience was even better when the owner himself (Ken) intervened to help me with some questions I had about the service performed on my vehicle. There was something that wasn’t done properly during the check-up process of my tires. Nothing major and it wasn’t intentional of course, but it was enough for me to feel uneasy because I know very little (if anything at all) about cars. I sent Ken a message explaining the situation and he responded very promptly by offering to look into it himself. He was ready to take my car back in at no cost if needed. Thankfully, it turned out that there was no need to take my car back. The only reason I’m mentioning this is because I was impressed with how professional and respectful Ken was. We all know how busy owners can be, yet he took the time (outside his working hours!) to reply with a long and thoughtful message, expressing his gratitude for giving him the opportunity to fix this. He discussed it with the team the next morning and found the time for a phone conversation with me in the afternoon explaining what actually happened and why there was no need for concerns. He didn’t rush through the conversation like most busy people do but instead took the time to make sure I understood what was going on and that tells a lot about him. I felt at ease right away because I know how much he values every customer and how important it is to him that everyone leaves the dealership with a smile on their face, whether because they bought a new car or because they got something fixed. There is a reason I drive an hour to get my car serviced at BZ Auto and this is why. :-)
