Equinox was scheduled for 1:00 PM and I received a text at 1:45 PM informing us it was ready for pick up. Car was returned clean, washed and ready to go! BZ Chevy does a fantastic job every time I need work on my vehicle!

BZ promotes family values and our entire experience reflected this belief! Our sales man Mike the Pizza Man provided a no nonsense buying experience and helped set up the tech side of our vehicle. Andre the finance manager walked us through the web of finance with ease. Family atmosphere didn't end there!! The car we came in died on their lot! Andre and Simon (shop manager) came to the rescue. Each tried starting the vehicle to no avail. With no car to go home in (New car needs detailing) and the approval of higher ups, they allowed us to borrow one of their dealer cars and guaranteed they would figure out our old car's issue.
